                            BMP2ICN file.BMP

reads file.BMP and creates file.ICN in the same path as file.BMP.

Some checking is done to verify the bitmap has the correct dimensions.
The bitmap file can be created using Paintbrush (yeah, everybody's favor
ite).  Using Options-Image Attributes, set the size to 44x32 PELS and
select black-and-white.  The Zoom feature can then be used to manipulate
individual pixels.  Be sure to specify file type of BITMAP when saving.
